Mythbusters Mishap

A few days ago, the famous world-renowned scientists on Mythbusters shot a cannon ball through someone’s home in California. The Mythbusters team was at a bomb disposal range in Dublin, California when they were testing out another homemade cannon. The cannon was supposed to hit large trash cans full of water but instead went over the trash cans and flew at a velocity of around 1,000 feet per second until it reach the house two miles away in a residential neighborhood. The Mythbusters were testing out the velocity of a cannon ball from their homemade cannon when the accident occurred. Thankfully, no one was injured in this accident except for a house, a minivan, and the image of Mythbusters. While traveling at high speeds the cannon ball went through a cinder brick wall. Then it went through the front door of the house. Next, the ball ricocheted up the stairs through the master bedroom and out the wall where it soared into a minivan parked on the street. The next day Adam and Jamie from the crew personally visited the family and gave them their apologies while trying to figure out how to fix the damage. Along with the house visit, Jamie tweeted about how he was thankful no one was injured. Lucky for the Mythbusters no one was hurt otherwise; they would be in a lot more trouble than they are now.

Facebook Privacy Invaded
By Nobody
Recently Facebook has yet again let users invade the privacy of others, as on a brief glitch caught two days ago let other users see other user’s private photos. After Facebook had initiated a new plan that let users tell Facebook whether or not it included inappropriate content. Now Facebook has a new program where they pay people to report any issues regarding privacy, especially since after this incident they had regarded privacy to be the largest priority among others in the company. Once the bug had been found the people of Facebook had immediately decided to get rid of the website temporarily before the problem exploded and got worse. Although this is a pretty big deal most people including the spokesperson for the great company did not know how long the bug had been in the system. This just proves to say that, although people feel safe, and think they are helping others, they might actually not be succeeding. At least this problem was not very widespread, and not many people have noticed about it, compared to the other privacy issues that the company had been recently facing. Facebook survived the incident this time, but soon enough people will notice something much bigger.
