A few days ago, the famous world-renowned scientists on Mythbusters shot a cannon ball through someone’s home in California. The Mythbusters team was at a bomb disposal range in Dublin, California when they were testing out another homemade cannon. The cannon was supposed to hit large trash cans full of water but instead went over the trash cans and flew at a velocity of around 1,000 feet per second until it reach the house two miles away in a residential neighborhood. The Mythbusters were testing out the velocity of a cannon ball from their homemade cannon when the accident occurred. Thankfully, no one was injured in this accident except for a house, a minivan, and the image of Mythbusters. While traveling at high speeds the cannon ball went through a cinder brick wall. Then it went through the front door of the house. Next, the ball ricocheted up the stairs through the master bedroom and out the wall where it soared into a minivan parked on the street. The next day Adam and Jamie from the crew personally visited the family and gave them their apologies while trying to figure out how to fix the damage. Along with the house visit, Jamie tweeted about how he was thankful no one was injured. Lucky for the Mythbusters no one was hurt otherwise; they would be in a lot more trouble than they are now.
